To full fill its mission, we believe the youth of our community deserve an opportunity to experience the power of live entertainment and
Support programing to enhance ideas that can be brought directly into the classroom to educate and inspire children about the performing arts.
Artists and teachers can help shape an appreciation of the arts inside and outside of the classroom.
Opportunities where children of all cultures, races and ethnic backgrounds can interact in meaningful ways through the performing arts.
Opportunities individuals, organizations and foundations can support their belief in the value, significance and the vital worth of the performing arts in our local community by encouraging and providing arts-related education for all area students.
The Foundation is a non-profit organization that introduces school-age children to the performing arts. We co-sponsor weeklong theater camps during the summer where children rehearse plays for live performances on stage. Scholarships are given for students to participate in these camps. Sunrise Theatre Foundation depends upon donations to support our work.
